These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, aromaessentials.vip, and the purchase of our aromatherapy products, including essential oils, carrier oils, diffusers, and natural butters like shea butter.   • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept payments through Stripe, and by using our payment gateway, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Aroma Essentials Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

Customer Consent Option. Where required by law or where we choose to rely on explicit consent, we will present a separate, unticked checkbox at checkout or signup titled “Customer Consent” allowing you to agree to receive review invitations and reminders for the order you place.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
